Punjabi wrestler. Ghuman has won Mr. India in 2009 and was awarded 2nd place in Mr. Asia. He appeared in Punjabi movie Kabaddi Once Again as lead actor in 2012
Mr. Asia  silver medallist Varinder GhumanNational Silver medal winner in Mr. India is another New  Star. He is the Heaviest Bodybuilder of the country with 120kg Body weight and deep chiseled muscularity.Son of Sh. Bhupinder Singh basically hails from Talwandi Chnghla in Batala Tehsil district Gurdaspur. The Area is well known as producer of International Bodybuilders like Prem Chand Dogra, Yogesh Sanan,This huge Bodybuilder is purely Vegetarian. He does not take even eggs. He is 23 years old lives in Jalandhar and runs his own Health club. The Bodybuilding is his Hobby and passion. He also won silver medal at the  unior Nationals in 2006 and also represented at the Asian Jr. Bodybuilding Championships at Taiwan in 2006. His latest achievement is Silver Medal at the  43rd. Mr. Asian Bodybuilding Championships Aurangabad. He has also been selected in Pro wrestling in UK  He follow the basic training of Power & Bulk schedule and Mass building under the strict guidance of Dr. Randhir Kumar.
